Coach for outcomes. Lead small-group, team, and 1:1 sessions; cue technique; modify to the athlete.

Drive results and retention. Track progress, set goals, assign homework, and celebrate PRs.

Own the room. Start and finish on time; maintain safety, energy, and flow on the training floor.

Program with intent. Follow the D1 system and tailor progressions to the individual.

Educate with authority. Provide accurate guidance on strength, speed, and basic nutrition habits.

Communicate like a pro. Update parents and adult members, recap wins, and set next steps.

Required: Current CPR/AED/First Aid (or obtained within 30 days).

Required: At least one NCCA-accredited cert (e.g., NSCA CSCS/CPT, NASM CPT/PES, ACSM, ACE, ISSA).

Experience: 1+ year coaching S&C in groups, teams, or PT. Youth experience is a plus.

Traits: High energy, professional standard, coachable, strong character, member-first service.

Physical: Able to demo lifts and movements; set up/tear down equipment; lift 45+ lbs safely.

Compensation: $25/hour base + commission

Typical total (OTE): $27–$33/hour depending on performance

Full-time OTE: $56k–$69k/year; Part-time OTE: $21k–$42k/year

Hours: On-site in Fort Worth; peak times include late afternoons/evenings and Saturday mornings.
