- Daily appointment setting, shows and prescriptive selling of high ticket personal training and memberships
- Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the Company
- To meet with the facility leadership weekly to discuss lead generation metrics via direct response advertising, lead nurture metrics, sales metrics, fulfillment metrics, retention metrics, ascension metrics, LTV vs COA metrics, revenue metrics, overhead metrics, etc.
- To be poised when meeting & interacting with celebrities & professional athletes… must provide the same world class experience to EVERY SINGLE PERSON who walks in the door.
